Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how Jackora processes and fulfills orders placed on jackora.store. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Where We Ship
Jackora ships to all 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We do not currently ship to US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Shipping Rate
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00 on all orders shipped within the United States, regardless of order size or weight.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second notification with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, carrier transit takes approximately 4 to 6 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days from the date your order is placed.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume shipping periods are outside our control.
Shipping Carriers
Jackora ships via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and package size. The carrier will be confirmed in your shipping notification email.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Note: If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@jackora.store.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Jackora is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@jackora.store. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@jackora.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the situation promptly.

At this time, we ship within the United States only.
