Return and Refund Policy

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we are unable to offer a return or refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be in its original, unworn condition
- Item must have all original tags attached
- Item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Item must be returned in its original packaging where possible
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
- Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or improper care
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@jackora.store with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Jackora is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@jackora.store within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
