How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After shipping, carrier transit takes 4–6 business days. Total estimated delivery is 5–8 business days from the date your order is placed.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat rate of $10.00 on all US orders, regardless of order size or weight.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination and package size.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@jackora.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return. You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the correct size or style.

Is the leather genuine?
Yes. All Jackora jackets are crafted from 100% genuine cowhide leather.
How do I choose my size?
Please refer to the size chart on each product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
How do I care for my leather jacket?
Wipe clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not machine wash. Apply leather conditioner every few months to maintain suppleness. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
